1. What are the delivery slots?
Ans - Delivery slots are Ghar ki thali can only be delivered for the lunch and dinner.
Lunch delivery time : 12:30 - 2:30 pm
Dinner delivery time : 7:00 - 9:30 pm
Other À la carte option will be delivered within 45 mins to 1 hour of placing the order, but has a delivery charge of Rs 20.
2. Refund Policy -
Ans - All refunds will only be via your Gharkibachat account and no company shall give cash to the individual as it is against our policy .
3. Cancellation Policy
Ans - A subscription thali can only be cancelled by calling us before 9:00 am same day for the lunch and 1.30 pm for the dinner .
The respective cut-off timings are required so that we can plan the amount of food which should be prepared for the next meal ensuring less wastage of food .
4. Delivery Timings -
Ans- We have a fixed delivery timings for our Lunch / Dinner, as we follow a pool delivery system for our Gharkithali .
Delivery timings for Lunch:
Residential apartments - 12.30 - 2.30 pm
IT SEZ or offices - 12.30 - 1.30 pm
Delivery timings for Dinner:
Residential Appartments - 7:00 - 9.30 PM
We will always ensure your order is delivered within 45 mins - 1 hour .
5 . Quantity of Food
Ans - We serve a fixed quantity in a thali which is apt for an adult to eat . To know more, checkout the ingredients in the thali mentioned in the point no. 9.
6. I need food only 2 days a week , can I still subscribe ?
Ans- Yes , There is no limitations for the no. of days you require food . The whole idea of subscription model is allowing our customers to pre book , plan and schedule their tiffins / meals.
7. Can I pause my subscription ?
Ans- Yes, you can pause it by cancelling your tiffin. The amount for the same will be credited to your gharkibachat account which can then be used to start the subscription again as per your needs.
8. Can I pay for subscription via cash ?
Ans- No, Subscription can only be availed by paying it online .
9. Can I Know the ingredients of the thali ?
Ans- 1 thali typically consist of:
180-200 gms Rice, 4 Phulkas, 1 Sabji, 1 Dal or gravy and 1 Salad.
10. Is there any take-away option or joint ?
Ans- Currently no, but we will be soon launching our take-away food joint for the OMR.
11. Is the meal nutritiously balanced ?
Ans- Yes , We make sure every meal we provide is nutritiously balanced in terms of Protein , Carbs and fats . We use only Refined oil for Cooking purpose to ensure a healthy food .
12. I need lunch at the office and dinner at my home , how many subscriptions do I need ?
Ans- Basically you need 2 subscriptions . 1 for your office and 1 for your home .
You can then decide what all day lunch\ dinner you need in your office subscription and vice versa. We always suggest to take 1 subscription for 1 delivery address.
13. How many subscriptions can I take ?
Ans-You can take n no. of subscriptions . We will suggest you to take 1 subscription for 1 delivery address .
14. We are 4 individuals living in a shared flat , How many subscriptions do we need ?
Ans - We will suggest you to make 4 individual accounts on the website and then go for 1 subscription each .
This will help you to keep track of your individual subscription and also give you a freedom to cancel your individual tiffin and get the refund amount in your Gharkibachat account.
15. Can I place order via Whatsapp / Phone ?
Ans- No , Orders can only be placed through our website. It's really easy and a simple 3 step process .
